Shipping & Information


How we ship your package


All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days, including Saturday. At times (specifically Fridays and Saturdays) we may hold a package until Monday to prevent it from sitting over the weekend at a USPS facility. We are not able to track packages shipped via the United States Postal Service.


  • Order processing time may take up to three business days.
  • Our chocolates are packaged to withstand shipping from coast to coast. To ensure optimal delivery, each package is carefully wrapped and padded to protect our chocolates.
  • Timely delivery is optimized when orders are placed at least 10 days prior to a holiday.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to ship outside the US.

Warm Weather Shipping Information
From approximately April 15th through October 15th, warm weather in much of the country requires the use of heat-resistant packaging and expedited delivery. Our heat-resistant packaging will maintain a cool temperature for 48 hours, so during this time we only ship on MONDAY, TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY.  Any order received after 2 pm on Wednesday will ship the following Monday, to avoid being in transit over the weekend. At this time we do not ship from May 15th through September 15th.


Redirected Packages


A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. Hospital, Nursing Home, Hotel & College Notice: When delivering to such places, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the hospital, nursing home, hotel or college. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.


We create our chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness, occasionally this means we temporarily run out of certain flavors. If you have ordered a Variety pack and we are sold out of one of your selections we will substitute other varieties that you have selected. If we are sold out of two or more varieties that you have chosen we will notify you via telephone or email.


Allergen Information
As with most small confectionery producers, all of our chocolates are produced with the same tools and equipment. Therefore, even chocolates that do not contain nuts or dairy products as a direct ingredient may contain trace amounts of nuts or dairy. If you are allergic to nuts or dairy products we recommended that you not consume any of our products.
